Order Process
When placing an order through our professional website, please enter any desired delivery dates or other information in the cart notes. We will contact you to confirm your order, product availability and delivery dates.

Minimum Orders at Keystone Pricing
- Moisturizer Products: To maintain preferred pricing for Professional Partners, we require a purchase a minimum of $500 in order to complete checkout with wholesale pricing. This can be any combination and quantity of moisturizer products.
- TrulyO2 Recovery 1-2-3 Kits: If ordering our facial procedure Recovery 1-2-3 Kits, you must purchase a minimum quantity of 2 units. Please note that the kits require refrigerated storage to maintain shelf life. For best results use the Recovery Foam within 3 weeks of receipt of order.

Shipping
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Moisturizer products are shipped via UPS or USPS.
- Recovery 1-2-3 Kits must be shipped and stored refrigerated to ensure shelf life. On the front-range of Colorado you can select the local courier shipping option and we will contact you to determine specific delivery dates. For partners in other locations, please select 2-day shipping.

Payment Terms
Payment at the time of your order is required unless you have been pre-approved for NET payment terms. If you have been approved for NET, select that payment option at checkout and we will email you an invoice with payment due date. If you checkout using the NET payment option and have not been pre-approved, we will email you an invoice to be paid prior to fulfillment of your order.
